Hatching Egg No-Refund Policy

All orders are PRE-ORDERS. We cannot guarantee you a ship week. We cannot time your order to coincide with other orders you may be receiving through the year. 

No Refunds or Replacements

We will do our absolute best to package your hatching eggs. We double box and ship in foam shippers and check fertility often to make sure to give you the best odds hatching!

Due to the fragile nature of hatching eggs and the many factors that influence hatch rates, all hatching egg sales are final. Once eggs leave our possession, we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for any reason, including (but not limited to):

• Poor hatch rates

• Incubation errors

• Shipping delays

• Rough handling by postal carriers

• Temperature or humidity fluctuations during transit

• Damage occurring during or after delivery

Shipping & Handling

• All eggs are shipped carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage.

• Buyers accept the risk of shipping, including postal mishandling or environmental conditions during transit.

• If the package arrives visibly damaged, buyers should file a claim directly with the carrier.

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing hatching eggs, the buyer acknowledges that:

• Hatch rates are not guaranteed.

• Success depends on proper incubation equipment, correct handling, and environmental conditions outside of the seller’s control.

• Eggs may be affected by factors such as temperature changes, air pressure, and handling during shipment.

Agreement

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this No-Refund, No-Replacement Policy and understands the inherent risks associated with purchasing hatching eggs.

Due to strict bio-security we do not accept any returns to our property.

We do not offer any refunds unless we are unable to fill the order during 2026.

If your tracking number hasn’t been scanned or hasn’t changed locations for 12 hours, head to your local post office and ask to speak with the Post Master. The Post Master at the destination can access extra tracking details, see the package’s intended route, and will contact managers at the distribution centers to help track down your box.
